What will I get in my Ashi Box?
Every Ashi Box will have a theme and include yoga love, India love and life love that support the theme. Yoga love is intended to enhance your asana and meditation practices, India love is intended to deepen your knowledge of traditional Indian yoga and bring India to you, life love is intended to bring you joy and enrich your life.

Can I choose what I want?

Unfortunately, you are not able to choose what you want for your boxes. We'll try to keep you on your toes with fun surprises, so each box will include lots of cool items from India and from smaller companies that are doing awesome things.

Can I purchase a box from a previous month?

Absolutely, if we have any left in stock. The goal is to not repeat any items, so if you've missed a box and would love to have it, please check out the shop or contact us at info@ashibox.com.

What if I loved an item and want to purchase it individually?

Great! Please check out our shop or contact us at info@ashibox.com. If we aren't able to provide it, we'll tell you where to get it.

Can I give Ashi Box as a gift?

Absolutely! When you check out just click the "this is a gift" button. Put the gift recipient's address as the shipping address. We will not send a notification to the gift recipient, so make sure to let them know about their incoming Ashi Box!

When will I be billed?

You will be billed immediately upon signing up for your first Ashi Box. Each subsequent billing will take place on the early morning of the 30th of each month. You are signing up and agreeing to be rebilled on the of the 30th of each month until you cancel. Please read more below about canceling your subscription.

When do the boxes ship?

The boxes will ship via USPS after the 20th of every month. You need to sign up by 5:00pm Mountain Time on the 15th to receive that month's box. For example, if you sign up on or before August 15th, you will receive an August box. If you sign up on August 16th, you will receive a September box.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes, you can login to your account and skip a shipment. Make sure you do it on or before the 29th of the month so you won't be billed for the month you are skipping. For example, if you want to skip September, you need to skip a shipment on or before the 29th of August. If you don't skip on or before the 29th of August you will be billed for your August box.

What is the cancellation policy?

The renewal billing date is the 30th of each month. You must cancel on or before the 29th of the month or your subscription will auto renew. You can cancel your subscription at any time by just logging into your account. Remember, you can always login and skip a shipment if you want to continue being a subscriber but need a month off for any reason.

Is there a shipping fee?

Yes, there is a $7 shipping fee for each box shipped in the USA; there is a $15 shipping fee for each box shipped to Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the United States and Canada. If you are abroad and interested in receiving Ashi Box, please contact us at info@ashibox.com and we will see what we can work out.

What is your return policy?

Damaged or defective items can be exchanged within 7 days of the shipping date. Please submit a picture of the damaged or defective item to info@ashibox.com and a replacement will be sent. We may need to substitute items as needed based on availability, but will do our best to replace exact items. Ashi Boxes cannot be exchanged and are nonreturnable.
